Our services

Hire us to design, to build, or to carry a project all the way through. Homes, condominium units, offices and commercial spaces.

Design & build

One team, start to finish. We design the space, coordinate the engineers, build it and turn it over, with one team answerable for both. The GIC presidential office in Biñan was delivered this way.

Architectural design

Concept and material boards first, so you can see the direction before it is drawn in detail, then plans for construction. Led by a registered and licensed architect.

Construction & renovation

New builds and renovations, including building to another architect's plans: we are the builder of the Francisco Residence, designed by Linya + Maniobra Arkitektura.

Interior fit-out

Condominium units and offices taken from bare or tired to finished and ready to use. The full scope is listed below.

Plumbing design

Plumbing and utility layouts planned with the rest of the design, so fixtures, drains and the finishes around them line up.

Site supervision

Construction management and supervision on site, through quality control and a punch list before turnover.

Project consultancy

Not ready to build? Book a consultation to talk through a space, a layout or a renovation before you commit.

What a renovation or fit-out covers

A typical condominium scope, from The NMR Project in BGC:

  • Architectural finishes
  • Tile works
  • Painting works
  • Modular cabinetry
  • Ceiling works
  • Plumbing works
  • Electrical works

How pricing works

Every space is different, so we don't publish a price list. Your quotation is built from your project.

What sets the cost: the floor area, the scope of works (design only, build only, or both) and the finishes you choose.

How you get a number: it starts with a consultation. Where the project needs it, we visit the site and measure, then send a proposal with the scope of works for you to review before anything is built.

Our aim, in our own words from The KAC Project: a space that looks good, works better, and stays within your budget.

Questions before you call

How long does a project take?

It depends on the floor area and scope. As one example, the ±38 sq.m GIC presidential office took nine days of construction.

I already have plans from another architect. Can you build them?

Yes. Construction, renovation and site supervision are available on their own. Bring your plans to the consultation.

Where do you work?

Our office is in Alabang, Muntinlupa, and we take on projects in Calabarzon, Metro Manila and Central Luzon.

What happens after I get in touch?

John or the Macz team reads every message and gets back to you by your chosen channel to set a consultation. If the project needs it, the next step is a site visit, then a proposal with the scope of works.

Not sure which service you need?

Describe the space and what you want from it. We'll tell you what it takes.
