Why one team designs and builds
On many projects the drawings and the construction belong to different people, and the details are where they lose each other: a ceiling line that shifts, a cabinet that no longer clears a door, a finish swapped on site.
At Macz the architect who draws your space is also responsible for building it. Planning and design development, coordination with the engineers, construction management, interior fit-out, plumbing and utility works, quality control and punch listing, then the final turnover, all with one team answerable for the result.

MACZimum effort
“Construction is not just about getting things done fast. It’s about giving every project our MACZimum effort.”
That line is from our own project notes, and so is this one: “Not everything has to be bought. Not everything has to come from a template.” Some of our favourite details are made by hand on site rather than ordered from a catalogue.
Clients come to us for very different looks: Modern European Classical in Bonifacio Global City, Modern Industrial in Sun Valley. Architecture doesn’t always have to follow the trend; the right look is the one that fits the people who will live or work in it.
